Reservation
The final booking is confirmed upon signing the contract
Your booking is finalized once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Ongoing Support
We believe maintaining close communication throughout the process is essential. After approving the overall style and budget, we will work closely with you to refine every design and logistical detail. One month before your wedding, we hold a final meeting to confirm all last-minute details.

Installation & Dismantling
Our dedicated team brings your bespoke décor to life, meticulously perfecting every detail to create the wow effect. After the event, we handle the dismantling efficiently and respectfully.
